Our Policies

At Studio Arkhé, every appointment is prepared with care to ensure you receive an unhurried, elevated experience. Your booking time is reserved exclusively for you.

Securing your Appointment

A valid card is required to secure all appointments. No payment is taken upfront unless your service requires a booking or consultation fee.

Booking Fees

A 50% booking fee is required to secure the following appointments:

• Cosmetic Tattooing (PMU)

• Cosmelan

Booking fees are redeemable on the day of your appointment.

Consultations

Consultation appointments require full payment to book. As time and resources are allocated, consultation fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Show

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

• Within 24 hours or no-show: 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.

We understand life can be unpredictable — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals of 10+ minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client.

Guests & Child-Free Studio

Studio Arkhé is a calm, refined space designed for focused treatments and relaxation. We absolutely love children — however, we kindly ask that appointments remain child-free. For safety and to ensure an uninterrupted experience, we request that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Exceptions may be arranged for short appointments only. Please contact us prior to booking so we can organise this with you.

Health & Safety

Please let us know before booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
