At Studio Arkhé, every appointment is prepared with care to ensure you receive an unhurried, exceptional treatment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you — and in return, we ask for a Booking Promise to secure it. It’s our way of saying “I’ve set this time aside just for you”, and your way of saying, “I’ll be there”.
Booking Promise
A 50% Booking Promise is required to secure all appointments.
This amount is redeemable against your service on the day.
Booking Promises are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your Booking Promise.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for the next client. Your Booking Promise will still apply.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your Booking Promise.
Guests
We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made. This helps maintain a calm, focused environment and ensures the comfort and safety of all clients.
For clients under 18 receiving eligible treatments, one parent or guardian may be present during the appointment.
Age Policy
Cosmetic tattooing is available only to clients aged 18 and over.
For all other treatments:
Clients aged 16 and over may book in their own name.
Clients under 16 will require parental or guardian consent before treatment.
This ensures all clients fully understand their treatment, and that services are provided safely and respectfully

Please let us know before booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
